Bringing Down The Band (bdtb) is more than just a hip hop blog; it?s a lifestyle. Founded in 2009 and launched in late 2010, we have focused on sharing music and happenings going on in the city of Indianapolis, as well as anything that is felt to be a great representation of hip hop culture. Our goal is to share Indiana to the world and the world to Indiana. We’ve sponsored projects, thrown events, and are an avenue for fans and art enthusiasts to get a good fix of what is going on in our world. We view art as a necessary part of society, and this is our way of sharing it to everyone that may not have the avenues, or addiction, as we do. About the content we share: we have no intent on posting everything we see, that is submitted, or that we run into that is perceived hot at the moment; unless it is truly worthy of being shared to you. We?re looking for quality over everything, and you can hold us to that. Whether this content be funny, creative, positive, clever, intriguing, or a mixture of the aforementioned, the music, art, and information shared on this site is a representation of what us as artists deem worthy to check out.
