A lot of bands (and labels) seem to send CDs without even checking an issue out, or email us asking for the address to send a CD to. We urge you to check a recent issue out before sending a CD. We prefer to not just give out the address if you haven’t checked out an issue. Not every CD is reviewed so it’s best to check that your style of music is covered in Black Velvet first by reading a copy of the mag.
