We are the web journal of the Music Critics Association of North America. Its purpose is three-fold: 1) to provide expert reviews, commentary and reportage by professional music journalists from across the continent, particularly in areas where Classical music coverage has been curtailed or eliminated by traditional publications. 2) to cover national trends from a regional perspective, with our members on the ground contributing reports from their communities. 3) to offer our members a global digital showcase that capitalizes on the rapid expansion of online, mobile and multimedia tools.
